Refund & Return Policy

Cover-Ups & Apparel We accept returns on cover-ups and non-swimwear apparel within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

• Has the original tags attached
• Is free of stains, damage, or stretching
• Has not been worn or washed

To initiate a return, email us at chelyna@unapologeticbrand.com with your order number. Once approved, you must ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving your return label. Returns not shipped within this window will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Swimwear — No Returns Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, all swimsuit sales are final. We cannot accept returns on swimsuits regardless of circumstance.

Swimwear Store Credit While we don't accept returns on swimsuits, we do offer store credit in the following situations:

• Manufacturer's defect (e.g., faulty stitching, broken hardware): 100% store credit
• Style or fit preference (you simply don't love it): 50% store credit or refund.

To request store credit, email us at chelyna@unapologeticbrand.com, your name,  your order number and photos of the item.

Size Confidence We want you to feel confident before you buy! Our swimsuits are modeled on a variety of body types: each model's height, measurements, and size worn are listed on the product page so you can find your best match before ordering.

Final Note All decisions regarding store credit are at the discretion of Unapologetic Swim.
