Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Please note that some items are made to order, specific shipping timelines for those items will be noted in the individual product description.

Carriers & Shipping Speeds All packages are shipped via UPS Ground by default unless a different shipping speed is selected by the customer at checkout. Additional shipping options may be available at checkout.

Need a faster shipping speed than what's shown? Email us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, including free Two Day Shipping, Economy, and Standard rates. Select the option that works best for you.

International Shipping We ship to many countries worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout via USPS and DHL Express. Don't see your country listed? Email us — we'll work with you to find a solution.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Returns Shipping If you need to make a return, please email us and we will provide a prepaid return label.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
